Gun

A rock band formed in Glascow, Scotland in the late 80s, Gun are remembered for their hit cover of Cameo's "Word Up" (on the album Swagger), which they released in 1994. With moderate success before and after Swagger, including "Better Days" from Taking on the World (1989) and "Steal Your Fire" from Gallus (1992), Gun disbanded in 1997, a decade after their inception. During that time the band's line up changed often, with its core as Mark Rankin on vocals and brothers Giuliano and Dante Gizzi on guitar and bass respectively.
